I’ve been to Racine’s many times over the past few years, but it wasn’t until recently that I found my favorite menu item. For those who don’t know, Racine’s is a fun, local restaurant located in Cap Hill, with a large patio. Their menu is fairly standard, but their food is made really well. It’s a fun place for a lunch or happy hour with a small or larger group of people.
So, this Blackened Ahi Wrap (chicken can be substituted for the tuna) is the perfect combination of flavor and texture. There are little fried wontons and lettuce inside the wrap, providing crunch, and it’s served with a sauce that you want to bathe in. It’s served with black beans and guacamole, which are my favorite things. Seriously, it’s so good. Racine’s also has good burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
