Looking for a quick and easy crowd pleasing cocktail that would make a good post-dinner finish this holiday weekend? This drink has the look of a White Russian but taste a bit like a candybar. Here’s how to make it.
Put 4 standard size ice cubes in a lowball glass (or the equivalent amount of ice if you want to jazz it up with fancier ice), then top with 1oz Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1oz Frangelico, 1oz Creme de Cacao. Now top the glass with whole milk, stir and serve. Repeat for the number of glasses needed. Easy and delicious.
For an alternative style, substitute cream for milk if you want a rich, eggnog like drink. I personally feel that’s a bit too thick for my tastes but I still find that variation delicious. I actually substituted skim Lactaid for the milk recently because I was making it for health-conscious lactose-sensitive people and it was still a winner. If you are feeling ambitious, think about including a Pirouette stick wafer as a stirrer, or making your own chocolate stirrer to give the cocktail that fancy bar flair.
